We liked it so much we came back on the return journey. Staff were lovely, caring. Followed up for late check in and made sure we knew we had out of hours support if we needed it. I will come back for sure.

Whilst staff were friendly and helpful the room was not what I expected. Majority of customer reviews were very positive and referred to the quality of the rooms. Perhaps I was assigned the only room that had not had a renovation? Vanity in bathroom was old and starting to fall apart, pop-up sink plug was broken and sitting in the sink. However the biggest issue was the mattress on the bed which I can honestly say is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Sadly I am now needing to visit a chiropractor to address the issues this terrible mattress has caused

Lady at check-in gave us great informative on the area as we hadn’t visited Yamba previously. Very lovely to deal with. Accom very modern looking & the cleanest of all accom we have stayed in over recent weeks whilst road-tripping. Loved our stay here.
