It is located in a quiet little street so you get the best of both worlds - close to everything fantastic Yamba has to offer, with benefits of a peaceful neighbourhood.

The property boasts open plan living, stunning pitched ceiling, large kitchen with Miele oven & gas cooktop. The three beautifully presented bedrooms are serviced by a laundry and bathroom in one off the hall and have plenty of natural light and garden views.

The property is fully fenced with a gorgeous outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long surf at Pippi Beach. Both the front and back yard are generous in size with the benefit of an established fruit and vegetable patch.
