Located between Yamba's CBD and beaches is this quintessential beach house nestled in the tree tops and enjoying an elevated position on Yamba Hill capturing views across town toward the hinterland and offering front row seats to the most amazing Yamba Sunsets.

This classic beach shack is full of charm and character, definitely not your run of the mill beige and white beach house, Sharon is oozing personality and life. The central kitchen is ideally positioned to overlook the living area and front deck and the three bedrooms will offer more than enough space for the family.

The tastefully renovated bathroom and laundry are combined in one generous space with easy access to the backyard also being on offer at the end of the hallway.

A tandem garage underneath the home offers ample space to park two vehicles but the location of 'Sharon' is so convenient that you will barely need the car at all as within a couple of minutes stroll from your front door you can walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and shops or off to Main Beach for a swim before dropping into the Pacific Hotel for your afternoon ale.

Sharon is definitely a one of a kind with her funky vibe and her welcoming front verandah where you can just relax, kick off your shoes and watch the world go by from the best seats in town.
