This house was perfect for us 5, for our 22nd annual January girls trip. This was our first time at this rental and it did not disappoint. Tom was so attentive to all my questions and replied quickly when I did reach out. The house had plenty of room and everything was so comfortable, especially the huge couch. Everything is close by too (restaurants, liquor store & grocery store).We will definitely be booking this house again for our next years January trip.

Very clean, and decorated nicely, kitchen well stocked. Good communication with owner. The only thing that could be improved is the beds and pillows. They area bit hard.

Comfortable and Convenient!

We had a great time here for the week with more than enough room for our family of four. The host is thoughtful and the house is equipped with many amenities. The house is easy to get to and conveniently located mid cape. Everything we wanted to do was within an hour’s drive. We would happily return if we had the opportunity.

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a lovely home. The indoor and outdoor space is wonderful for a large family. We were able to have a fabulous family visit for our parents 50th Anniversary. The house was very clean and everything we needed was stocked. The back deck is wonderful. The availability and responsiveness to questions was prompt and courteous.

Great house. No problems.

It's a great house, well-appointed. We visited for my son's graduation, and it was a great time. We have no complaints. They included shampoos and beach chairs, which was nice. Everything was fine. Thanks!

Perfect house!

So close to the beach, has a great outdoor shower (and grill!!!), and was the perfect size for a group of friends for the weekend. Just a short drive to beaches on either side, ocean or bay side, and the renter was so helpful with providing information about the town!!
