The staff was friendly. The room had everything we needed. However, things were very old, stained, ripped. The price was great.

Although it is not the most luxurious and well-equipped hotel in town, you will feel cozy and warm inside. The internet is super fast. You log in to the internet through the TV, what an advanced technological arrangement. The restaurant is on 10/F, where you'll take your breakfast. The outlook is spectacular. In 6-minute walk, you'll get to the 24-hour Maxvalu Supermarket. So convenient. Another plus: there is mini bus just outside the entrance directly to Aso KMJ Airport.

Staff was helpful with the help of google translate.
The restaurant had great ramen.

Posted Apr. 8, 2017 on HotelsPretty basic hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room, other than it could use an update. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The room was small but typical of inexpensive Japanese hotels. It had a nice breakfast and the staff did their best to be helpful.
