Arrived at the hotel from a late flight to find out they had gave our rooms to someone else and still charged us. The hotel was full so we had to find somewhere else to stay at 3am

There were no amenities at all. No coffee shop no dining room no bar. Staff was extremely cooperative and polite and professional. But there's nothing to do right the hotel other than sleep

Dog dish and leftover dog food from a previous guest under the bed.
Obviously not checked by housekeeping
No drain plug in the bathtub
Soap container over the sink very near empty.
