- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the apartment or outside in the hallway. The apartment is equipped with a cigarette/vape and noise monitor, that will alert us immediately. For smoking a strict $500 penalty will be imposed and you will be requested to vacate the apartment immediately.
- No loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
- For added security, a Nest Doorbell security video camera is installed at the entrance door, doubling as a doorbell. It activates and records when motion is detected, ensuring your peace of mind.
