It’s a very nice property with modern touches and excellent views. The receptionists are very friendly and informative. Highly recommended!

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

The people at the desk were all very friendly and helpful and spoke English.
The hotel is very near to a shopping mall and near the downtown (taxis are very inexpensive)

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!
