I booked this hotel because it’s very close to cruise terminal and just 5 minutes walk from subway station. 5-6 minutes walk from hotel to a park and the famous red brick district. A very comfortable and relax stay before boarding a cruise ship.

A great onsen within the hotel. We stayed in a twin beds room which gave us slightly more space than a double bed. All sorts of extras; toothbrush, razor, slippers, hairbands. The only negative was the pool wasn't open.

This hotel is terrible. First of all, you have to check yourself in. They won’t even do that for you. They couldn’t find my reservation and it took a while to check myself in. I don’t work there so I made a mistake scanning my passports which required me to start the process all over. The rooms are tiny. They are so small that there is not enough room to open my suitcase. It is smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship. It is so uncomfortable. We could not unpack or move around in our room. On a positive note, the room was clean and very close to the cruise terminal. We were very disappointed with the hotel and we would never stay here again.
