The Hotel itself was I little hard to find as its tucked away in the corner of a train station but it was clean, quiet, and felt very safe given the safety figures with your key card. The staff were very polite and had good english service. If there were an misunderstandings they have a paper that you can point to what amenity you would like (has symbols for basics needs). Cant even call these complaints but rather a culture shock; your room gets cleaned everyday and if you put the do not disturb on you will receive a โ€œwe missed youโ€ notice every time. As well as the lights will only activate if the key card is in the holder. So to all travellers confused about the lack of light switchs, use the key card holder! I had a great experience here despite any cultural confusion, the location was central to many things (foods, convenience stores, etc). Give the hotel is literally in a train station so that was very helpful for our touring activities. Thank you.

Itโ€™s very convenient from HND and also to get to Shin-Kansen. Also has several restaurants nearby, so I can get to hotel, eat and rest before getting on the train the following day. Staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet is very good. The room is very clean and quiet.
