My room had a private clothes washer/dryer( I had to pay more per night). The facility had clothes washer/ dryers for guests. There we no English tv for winding down at the end of the day. Unless you wanted to put In your information for streaming services. The toilet was located in a small room, for a larger person like myself it was uncomfortable sitting down. The shower room was nice and had a large tub. Bed was comfortable, pillows were small but nice, I prefer larger pillows. Overall nice place was like a small apartment ( kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, clothes washer and dryer, tv)

Stayed in the room with a kitchenette & a Washing machine. The non-carpeted floor is nice. Everywhere in this hotel is clean and all the staff including the house keepers are very friendly, polite and sufficient. However, free drinks in your room (green tea, red tea and coffee) are horrible and not drinkable. The breakfast has very limited selections and servings are very small. Not worth it.

This hotel is located within a three-minute walk from Hokohama Station, with hundreds of great restaurants. The hotel feels newly built, and is clean and comfortable. My room was bright and well-designed, with a great view out over the train station. Like many urban hotels, reception and entry are on the fourth floor, and then you take a separate elevator to your floor. I never had to wait for the elevators. Also, there is a side entrance used for after-hours guests, and I used this entrance because you can get exercise by walking up the four flights of stairs. There is a bakery and a restaurant in the reception area, and the restaurant doubles as a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. My only complaints were that the hotel did not offer bottled water in the room (they said that all water in the hotel was filtered, and the tap water from the sink did taste just fine) and also the air conditioning was preaet to 73F, so even if I set the temperature to 70 to sleep, after 30 min, the temperature would reset to 73F. Since I only stayed 2 days, this was not a problem, but I would not want to stay longer without being able to control the AC. Other than this issue, this would be a 5-star stay.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved our stay. Everything is new, having a fridge, washing machine/dryer, good size kitchen, big bathtub, comfortable bed in the room was amazing. Close to the station, easy to get around. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend. Hot chocolate in City Bakery is the best. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. Pizza was great. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed 3 nights in residential room. It was bright, spacious with lots of storage and electrical outlets. We had a small challenge first time finding the hotel but it was a breeze afterwards. It connects directly to NeWoman 2nd floor. Self serve luggage storage on day of check in and check out. This is top 3 of city hotels we stayed. Definitely one of those we are willing to return to.
