If you are traveling with a JR pass it is the perfect hotel. You can be on the Shinkansen in 5 min. From your room. We bounced around all over Japan. It so convenient.

家族3人で滞在しました。子供の体調が優れなかったため、ホテルスタッフさんに相談したところチェックイン時間より少し早めにお部屋に通していただけました。とてもありがたかったです。 ティッシュの補充が微量でもう少しでなくなってしまうところだったのと、お部屋のゴミ箱の塗装が剥がれている部分をテープで補強してあったのですが、それがびろーんと剥がれてしまっていたところだけ残念でした(笑) でも、ホスピタリティは素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！

Loud large travel group ruined the experience. They seemed to take over the hotel, including the floor we stayed on. They kept their doors open and yelled to each other from room to room. Complained 3 times to the staff who kept trying to quiet them down. Ruined an otherwise nice hotel. I'll stick to smaller hotels that tour groups don't frequent.

Overall, it was very nice.

1. My stay at your place was excellent and comfortable indeed. Your hotel staff was very polite and caring. 2. Some asian country's group customer was noisy at the lobby, that was a little bit regretful. 3. I have one suggestion. It should be better to try to clean the wall of your building's atrium. 　Appearance of the atrium is important, especially in the case of the modern disign building, I duly suggest. If I am the hotel manager, would rather plan to re-design to glass inner wall, for example. That would add value of your hotel considerably.
