Lovely hotel with stylish rooms. The bathroom is the highlight, with its separate shower/tub room and amazing Toto bidet toilet. The provided pajamas were SO nice and comfortable. The viewsfrom the rooftop area were fantastic. All staff members we encountered were courteous and helpful.

The hallways were very dark. Our room was at the end of the hallway. I could barely see our room door knob. I accidentally hit my head on the wall. Otherwise it was a good hotel, close to Yokohama cruise terminal .

Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice hotel with good sized rooms, and great views from the rooftop lounge. If arriving at Yokohama Station, the Sea Bass ferry is a great way to get to the hotel.

Comfortable, clean room with all the amenities for several night stay. Amazing views from rooftop terrace plus steps from Yamashita Park and Chinatown for great food options. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this Yokohama destination as alternative to busier, more expensive Tokyo! E took the Sea Bass ferry from near hotel to get to Yokohoma station, a fun way to see the city from the water. The ferry terminal is directly in front of hotel in park.
