Great place book the room for Queen on second floor and was told that the air conditioner was warm in our room. Could not get the room cool and then upgraded us to a king room on third floor with which was exceptional. Staff exceptional!!!!!! The ladies were great

The staff was very friendly. Our room was neat and had a kitchenette that we weren't expecting. We were able to park directly in front of our room. The motel is right across from Long Sands which was convenient. the only downside to the location was that it's located at the very beginning of long sands, so for a few hours before and after high tide, there is no beach and you have to go about a half mile up toward the bathhouse to find sand. I would recommend this motel!

The location is great to see the and access the ocean. There is a observation deck for viewing, as well a "porch" in front of the room. Although the building is old, it's a great place to stay for all the shore offers. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, staff was exhalent. There are man y good restaurants within walking distance. It's a grerat place to stay to enjoy the "shore" life.

The property needs a bit of updating. We requested a furst floor room but were given a second floor room. No elevator. Thevroom was clean but outdated. The tv and refrigerator were plugged into a power strip. When entering the lobby area, there wasn't a ramp. I didnt realize it and lost my balance. 2nd year in a row staying for my teen daughter's birthday, she loves it here! I will also say our king bed was very comfy, blankets just right, and great heating/cooling unit controls. My only suggestion would be to keep a small thing of ice cubes in the freezer, and a 2nd bedside table. Love this place, love these people!
