This Brand New Luxury Maine Coast Home has it all. It all begins with amazing BOLD Ocean views from every room, Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks or the lobster boats picking up the days catch. Each day you will have something new to watch and see.
The home is located at the end of a private road directly overlooking the ocean, no more than a 30 second walk to the waters edge and 7 minute walk to Short Sands Beach.
No amenity has been left out, The home has the BEST of the BEST from a Sub Zero refrigerator, to a Wolfe 6 burner gas range and oven , Microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Webber Gas Grill, 5.1 Surround Sound , 60 inch HD TV, Apple TV , NETFLIX, SONOS, WIFI and B and W Speakers throughout.

The pics don't do this house justice. It was clean, beautiful, really well-stocked. I had reason to reach out to the property manager who responded within minutes! And the owner was prompt in answering questions earlier on. Our who family loved it. (We were us, our adult kids and their partners.) We would stay again. Oh, and my pet peeve: The beds were so comfortable!

This beautiful home lives up to its title, it is spotless and beautiful. The views are truly incredible. You can walk down to the rocks below for a better vantage point for sunrises and sunsets (also can be seen from the lovely balcony. It is easy to walk to town where there is a wonderful community area and views all along the way. The visit can be as peaceful or active as you choose. We truly enjoyed the kind communication by our hosts and this gorgeous property.

AMAZING LOCATION AND AMENITIES

Beautiful home stocked with anything you need. We stayed with our two daughters and their husbands and had an amazing time. Amazing views, walk to beach, Nubble Light and town plus close to Ogunquit/Perkins Cove shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Great place with no amenity overlooked. I have been renting various places around the country for years and this is top choice. The location could not be beat but it really was the inside and all the touches that made this place so great. Complimentary beverages to cleaning products I have never felt more "at home" in a rental. Hope to be able to visit again.

Amazing house with great views- magical getaway

This house was fabulous: Great location, clean, equipped with everything you could think of. Easy trip to Ongunquit and Kennebunkport . There are ocean views from every room and fabulous decks. It was hard to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much! Communication with property owner and manager was easy and they were very responsive. I will definitely go back!!
