Some of the stations along the Pickering to Whitby route have featured in the Harry Potter films!
We had a wonderful stay at Keldholme Cottage. The owners live in the same row and couldnĂąâŹâąt be more helpful. The cottage had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful, well looked after and we found no detriment to sharing the outside area. A great stay and we will hopefully return.

Lovely cottage.
Lovely cottage. Very well equipped and comfortable. Owners very friendly and helpful. They left a much appreciated welcome pack. Well stocked with tea bags. Good sized garden. Keldholme is a very pretty village within easy walking distance to Kirkbymoorside which has shops, pubs and cafes. Would happily stay here again.

Great dog-friendly cottage.
Great dog-friendly cottage. Compared to price of other places when I was looking was good value. Place was clean, good amenities (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.). Nice welcome basket and good thought to include things such as tea, coffee, milk etc. Easily walkable to kirkbymoorside (maybe 10 mins) where there is a shop, a few pubs and places to eat. Good access to number of other walking spots though will need a car for many of these.

Lovely comfortable place to stay.
Lovely comfortable place to stay. Hosts very friendly. They'd left us a lovely welcome pack. Our dog loved local walks and laying in his basket in front of the log fire of an evening. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. No real downsides once I had worked how to get the bathwater to drain. Will look forward to coming back in the Spring/early summer to explore more of the area. Had a great time..Thanks again to our hosts.
