The floor in our room was dirty, something spilled in it and there was stuff on the bathroom floor like they did not sweep.

Room TV wires had been ripped out, and obviously tried to tape back together - without success. Ice machine covered with gunk. Dirty, broken stuff everywhere. I assume they are going out of business because it looks like corporate hasn't seen it in ages.

Amazing

Extremely nice hotel. Beds, pillows, cleanliness, phenomenal shower head, and the soaps and lotions were all amazing. We'll be back next year during the fair.

The entry light kept going off at night. Understand it was their version of a night light, but there was a VERY BRIGHT bulb. Very annoying. Also, you had to get out of bed to turn off the light by thd bed. Way too high to reach.

Hotel needs more attention to detail.

Ran the hot water at the sink for a long time, water never got warm/hot, tub water got hot. On arrival to room, door was propped wide open by an ottoman. Bathroom floor sticky. Only 1 one bath towel in the bathroom. Juice machine, soda machines out of order. Outside landscaping needs a lot of attention, but did look like they were working on it.
