Beautiful Home In Quiet Neighborhood

This house was spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean, with beautifully manicured yards. The pool was great and the water was crystal clear. I can’t believe I’m writing this, but this property is even more beautiful than the pictures! We hosted Thanksgiving for our extended family and this home had every single thing we needed to make the day a success (including decorations). Anytime I need to stay in the area, I will look for this home!

Beautiful property

We attended a wedding nearby and extended family stayed at the property. We loved everything about it! Super comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen, great location, private back yard and a well cared for home. We paid extra to have the pool heated during our stay and that was wonderful. If we come back to visit family, we will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

My family grew up in Yuba City and no longer have our family home. At least once a year we gather there for an event at our church and this house accommodates us very comfortably. We have stayed there twice now and hope to continue in the future. Though not heated, the pool is a plus during the hot summer days.

Lovely, comfortable home

Beautiful home! Very spacious and good for a group. The backyard is well appointed and well maintained. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms and everyonr enjoyed the stay! When needed it was easy to get in touch with the host and he was very pleasant to interact with.

Wonderful Oasis in Yuba City

This is a truly loved home! We stayed for a couple of days so our kids to spend time with some friends who moved to the area. The home is beautifully appointed and the owners clearly spared no expense. The pool and soaking tub were a relaxing treat for us parents while the kids had plenty of room outside and in to be kids.

Home away from home

This is one of the nicest houses I have had the privilege to stay in. This was our second time staying at this residence and for the second time it did not disappoint. I don’t even know where to start, the house is huge, it’s clean, it’s in a great neighborhood, the pool, the pool is awesome, and just when you think this rental can’t get any better you talk to the hosts and find out they’re great too. If you find yourself in Yuba city once a year like I do save yourself the hassle of finding a place to stay and book this property. I promise you it won’t be the only time you stay here.

Family meet up

Not sure how to title this, I booked this from Washington, with my parents, daughter and aunt who flew in from the East Coast to attend a multi- family member birthday party in Yuba. What a great location, 1 mile from the event! A mile from any grocery store or restaurant. Everything was easy access. The pool was perfect temp as it was upwards of 106 degrees on the hottest day. AC was great in the house in all the rooms. Necessities were fully stocked! Owner was quick response with any questions I had (which were few). My parents and Aunt are in their 70s were absolutely blown away with the accommodations and were comfortable, I’m so happy I found this place. My only gripe is I wish I booked it a day longer and was able to take off off work to enjoy the patio one more morning! Thank you!

Beautiful property

It was the easiest booking I’ve done. The house is beautiful, spacious rooms, large kitchen and an absolutely beautiful backyard with a pool. It’s only minutes from Sam’s Club, with easy freeway access. It was only 20 minutes from Toyota Amphitheater in Wheatland. 5 star property!!!
