Tracy at the front desk was amazing

Tracy made my stay amazing! She was so kind, friendly and very helpful! She gave me outstanding service!! She was patient and empathetic toward my situation. She helped me as best as she could.

Worst hotel experience :)

Room smelled like urine, bed was filthy and the staff was very rude and unprofessional

I'm going to be perfectly honest. We almost checked out as soon as we checked in. Immediately upon check in we could smell Marijuana eminating from one of the rooms. Our choice was carry all our stuff to the third floor or take the room on the first floor someone had smoked in. The smell wasn't terrible but the curtains had holes in them and the chair in the room had a cigarette burn. There was no screen on the window and someone had removed the device that doesn't allow the window to be opened all the way so if we wanted fresh air we risked leaving the window open and someone possibly entering our room. People kept walking along the back of the hotel which was annoying. There was a big rain storm which is nobody's fault but the drain pipe had a constant tick tick tick due to water dripping all night. Also why only 3 pillows for 2 people? The bed itself wasn't terrible. Baseboards were dirty also. It could be a decent place but it seems not a lot of attention to detail. Deluxe Continental breakfast? If that's deluxe I'd hate to see what a regular one is like. Also would it hurt to get a new toilet seat?
