Discover the unique charm of our cozy farmhouse nestled in the tranquil desert landscape. Bathed in natural light from skylights throughout, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere without the intense Arizona heat. Decorated in a delightful farmhouse style and located in a newer community built in 2017, it’s both safe and quiet neighborhood to stay in. Out home is an ideal for both couples and families.

Relax and unwind on our expansive patio—perfect for social gatherings, sipping cocktails, or soaking up the sun. Our location combines convenience with the beauty of nature, situated just 2 miles from essential shopping and a mere 5 miles from the culinary delights of Downtown Yuma. Adventure seekers can explore Algondones, Mexico within 18 minutes or the sweeping Glamis Sand Dunes in 40 minutes. Golf enthusiasts will find a course nearby, with easy access to the vibrant cities of San Diego and Phoenix.

The property includes parking space for two vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the curb. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is monitored by two security cameras.

While we welcome your furry friends, we kindly ask for pet approval with a one-time fee of $45per dog.

Please note, the garage will not be accessible to guests as it is used by the owner during certain months of the year. However, there is ample space for two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is also allowed.

Daughter and grandson visit

Our grandson, who was one of the guests, asked that we give a really good review. He, his mom, and both of us, really do have to praise the cleanliness, thoughtfulness, and comfort. We got to hang out and visit in your lovely home as ours in only big enough for 2. All would have gone even better if we had found your phone number to communicate sooner, but all ended well

Hiking respite

Home was exactly as advertised. Clean, seamless access. Communication with owner was prompt and courteous. We mostly based out of the home for hiking trips in the surrounding area. It's a standard neighborhood with most amenities one mile away. Not a complaint, and not contrary to what is noted, just a fact. The house is spacious. My only request would be some pots for cooking that don't have flaking teflon/non-stick surface. We cooked several nights and many of the pots were in a degraded condition (but clean). I would gladly stay again.

Great Yuma get-away

The house was very nice with comfortable beds and pillows! There was a very well stocked kitchen, even though we didn't make anything more than coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to sit out on the lovely, covered patio & enjoy the patio furniture!

Check in was seamless. The home was immaculate! Great entertainment space for families. We loved the layout with the main bedroom separate from the guest rooms. The main bedroom and bath were very spacious. Comfortable beds. The backyard was perfect for our small pooch. Neighborhood is estabished and quiet. The owners are very responsive.

My husband, myself and my 2 adult sons came down for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Boys had their own room and bathroom. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. I would definitely rent again.

Great Host and beautiful home!

Arrived at our VRBO home after 10 pm, directions were very easy as well as keyless entry. Host was very compliant to requests via email through VBRO web site. Upon checking out we discovered we left and item behind and host made sure it was mailed to us without any fuss. Definity will stay here again!

Yuma getaway!

Wonderful host! Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Comfortable furniture & beds. Very clean & well stocked property. Minor - yet a bit time consuming was need to hand wash forks after each use. Could use a few more, 4 total. Enjoyed using the outdoor patio on a daily basis. March weather in Yuma was beautiful as well as alot of celebrations throughout the town!

FELT LIKE HOME

The minute we walked in the door we felt at home. It was nice to see all the necessary equipment/supplies in the kitchen, a few groceries for morning and spices in cupboards. Katie was only a text away if needed anything. Great neighbourhood and neighbours. Thanks for sharing your house with us.
