It breaks my heart to write this review. I was traveling alone with two kids, and the staff was not helpful when assisting me with my luggage and going to my room. Additionally, I requested a 5 a.m. wake-up call but received the call at 6 a.m., which almost caused me to miss my flight. Once again, no one came to help me with my luggage. I felt unwelcome, and that hurt me because I was with my kids.

Very nice place to stay in the middle of the city The only thing it’s that it not soundproof. You can hear almost everything happening in the hallways and down in the lobby so just a heads up! But it’s a very nice, clean and convenient hotel in el centro.

Very nice hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive upon arrival from taxi. Took our baggage and took straight to our room. Clean rooms beautiful art and views out on deck. Hotel muy bonito. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento al llegar desde el taxi. Tomaron nuestro equipaje y nos dirigimos directamente a nuestra habitación. Habitaciones limpias, hermosas obras de arte y vistas desde la terraza.
