Horrible place!!

The place is terribly run down. Humidity everywhere. Overwhelming sewer smell in the rooms. The light in the bathroom of one of our 3 rooms didn't work. We had to use the lights of our cells to use it. Absolutely horrible place!!!!!

El baño tenía un olor a caño, y toda la cabaña a húmedo. Pero tiene un tamaño mediano. Creo que la propiedad tiene potencial.

Good check in, very secure, and great location. Has places to park. Rooms are standard hotel stuff, interesting walls tho, bathroom is tight but not bad. Smells odd but we think that it’s the walls. It seems like they’re made of mud in parts? Like a fancy stuko look. Great place!

Convenient and good value

It is a nice place, they provide firewood for the fireplace for only 30 MXN per load, it doesn't las much though. A downside is they don't have meals or coffee service. In general, it was a good experience, it is really near downtown.

Hotels.com actually gave us the wrong address in the confirmation so when we got off the bus, the address we had been provided was in the middle of a street market which was very unforgiving to two women dragging luggage with them, an experience I hope to never have to repeat! It was not the fault of the hotel, but Hotels.com needs to be more careful when it comes to those tiny details because they could easily lose a customer based on a small details like that. Fortunately, I speak Spanish so I was able to ask a woman on the street where the hotel was and she was kind enough to send her two daughters to make sure we found our way.

Todo bien, solo que al reservar, el portal nos ofrecio una habitacion para 6 personas y al llegar al hotel esa habitacion solo tenia 2 camas, tuvimos que pagar un poco mas por una habitacion con 3 camas, el hotel nos hizo un descuento, y en el hotel todo bien.
