2) This year we have installed at all rooms ceiling fans (for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them only UPON REQUEST )
3) The rooms are part of a very small facility (14 studios and apartments, with a maximum capacity of 42 guests)
4) The rooms are surrounded from green gardens and the common area is big enough (6000 sq.m2).

5) The rooms are situated in a very small village which is visited mostly by locals and a few tourists, the area is not overcrowded as the big touristic resorts. The nearest rent room facility close to our property is in a distance of 100 meters. Our facility is ideal for walks at the nature

The building consists of 14 studios and apartments in total and has a ground floor, first floor and second floor.

This is an offer for 3 ground floor studios and 2 ground floor apartments (you will rent the whole ground floor of the building) at Meson Gerakari-Kipseli village. The front garden of the building will be private only for your team. All the other areas, BBQ, back garden, parking, vegetable garden and our farm with the ponies, will be available and for other potential guests. The name of the facility is "Gerakari Thalassa Studios".
* The offer with the "privacy privilege' is valid only if you book the whole ground floor.

Our team:
Our team consists of a retreated teacher - Voula, a professor of Muay Thai martial art and sculptor - Angelo, a videographer and actor - Theodore, our romanian translator- Zafeiris, the owner and manager of the property - Spiros, and our lovely cleaning lady - Maria. Guest star, Razell, our Jack russell dog. We have a very strong connection with Romanian and east Europe culture (Zafeiris studied odontology at Timisoara) and French culture (Theodore studied visual arts, theatre and cinema at Paris). Due to our multidiscipline team we can understand, manage and host::

Building of 'Gerakari Thalassa Studios' :

The building of 'Gerakari Thalassa Studios' is surrounded by a 6000 sq. meters garden and is a "2 key" studio facility. The studios & apartments are located 150 m. from the sea. The beach is pebbled and awarded with a blue flag.

All ground floor studios and apartments have garden view and offer easy access for old people or people with mobility limitations.

Each of the studios and apartments have kitchen, refrigerator, TV, A/c, private WC and private terrace. The 5 rooms and aparts are suitable for couples, families with children and groups up to 19 persons. All 5 studios and aparts are independent, they are not connected with interior doors. The nearest restaurant is in a distance of 150 m.

Location:

Studios Gerakari’ are located at the village of Kipseli-Meson
Gerakari at the northeastern coast of the island, between Alikes (4
km) and Tsilivi (4 km) and 14 km away from Zakynthos airport and
the tourist resort of Laganas. The port and the city of Zakynthos are
in a distance of 12 km. 'The village and the surrounding area are very
quiet and green. The studios are located 150 m. from the sea. The beach is
pebbled and awarded with a blue flag. Along the
beach you can find a fish tavern and a quiet seaside bar. Also at 400
meters from the rooms there is mini-market and at 800 meters supermarket and
taverns. Car, bicycle and motorbike rental offices can be found in 2
km. The nearest sandy beach is located 1 km away (Amboula
beach). In addition, near to the rooms there is port “Kavos” where
you can moor your boat or ship free. Transport (car or motorbike) is
definitely recommended.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The 2 ground floor apartments are ideal for families but are not recommended for 2 couples (the second room of. each apartment has no privacy)
• We have installed at all rooms ceiling fans for our eco-guests who don't want to consume too much energy. Also during the pandemic for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them only upon request during your arrival)
• Small pets allowed (upon request)
• At the common areas there will be and other potential guests
• Tap water is not drinkable
• Check out time is until 11 am and check in is from 15:00 p.m. in order to have plenty of time to thoroughly disinfect
• If you arrive before check-in, we'll hold your luggage so you can begin your vacation right away. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage with us and spend as much time as possible to the island
• Seasonal common 'quiet hours': 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00
• We do not provide towels for the beach, they are for use only inside the room. Please use the bathroom mats and not the towels as 'bathroom mats'.
• Don't throw paper toilet or objects to the toilet. The toilet tubes in Greece are very tiny. For that reason we provide baskets inside the WC, please use them.
• If there is any kind of problem inside the room (light bulb is burned out for example or toilet tank leaking causing a continuous flow of wasted water) please tell us and we will fix it immediately. Don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is on site in order to assist you
