The villa is newly built in 2021, in the middle of an overgrown property with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy.

The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. The villa is furnished with new furniture and air-conditioned with the most modern equipment.

The space:
Alexandra is a luxurious villa of 221 sqm. The plot is a part of a vineyard estate of 50.000 sqm.

This luxurious villa is spread in two levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with capacity up to 15 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices.
The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 100sqm heated pool with open-air hydro-massage and children's pool with a depth of 30cm. Next to the pool a large roofed dining area of 60sqm with BBQ is built, with monastery-like dining table. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 250sqm.

The main entrance of the villa leads to the 60sqm living room. The 6 door-windows offer great views to the pool and the vineyard and the olive grove. At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, four double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The veranda is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic mountain view over the infinity pool and the playground in the olive grove.

On the first floor you can find an additional master bedroom with two single beds with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony and two more bedrooms (one with double bed and balcony and the other with three single beds with their bathroom). The large balconies offer wonderful view not only of the estate but of the whole central area of the island.

A bicycle and jogging path 800m long leads you through the whole vineyard. Free bicycles are provided.
