This elegant villa features 3 bedrooms, two with double bed bedrooms and one with two single beds which can be easily converted into a double. Enjoy your time in our spacious living room or get inspired and creative in our modern fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers also 2 bathrooms one with bathtub and one with shower. The interior is modern, elegant and enables the guests to feel relaxed and creative. You can also taste and use in your cooking the seasonal herbs which are naturally produced in our garden. We are fully dedicated in providing a unique and unforgettable stay to our guests.

Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 300.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein.
*The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property.


***The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.***

Could not have been nicer

Villa Matina was the perfect place for our family holiday- spacious, private and well equipped. An easy walk into Laganas for some hustle and bustle, some lovely beach bars and restaurants even closer than that. Filippos who met us on the first day to let us in was super helpful.
