A stunning two floored villa built in gorgeous local stone, just a short walk from the sandy beach and restaurants. This villa is an absolute gem, tucked away in a large garden backed by mountains but so close to the resort of Alykes which offers all the facilities for a great holiday. 
The lovely pool is surrounded by a lawn and a fabulous barbecue with an al fresco dining terrace that will tempt you to try out your grilling skills. 
The villa's interior offers cool, solid stone walls and stylish modern design, very spacious living areas all leading out to the shaded terrace and garden. The upper floor has two interior staircases leading to two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom respectively, making this villa ideal for two friendly families travelling together. The long, sea facing, covered balcony from where you can enjoy views across to the coastline and resort, is communal.  

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide which leads up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 82cm and other doors that access the pool area are 90cm wide. The ground is flat and grassy with stone steps that lead to the pool area, also the pool has steps to enter. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the closest is up 18 steps to the first floor. All bedroom doors are 78cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 77cm wide.
