The pool area was great, saunas were brilliant. Our room was not so great. Smelly and we had bugs in our room. We were scared to open the window. It was boiling hot. We didn't sleep too well. The food was great.

Surely not a 4 star hotel, not even 3...

This hotel is supposed to be one of the top notch hotels in Zalakaros, besides Radisson Park Inn, yet it's very far from that level. Staff was neutral when we checked-in, we didn't feel that we were welcome at all, we didn't even get a single smile from any of the staff members during our stay, they barely even wanted to greet us back. The food was very disappointing, I can say terrible. We've stayed countless times at wellness hotels in Hungary in thermal towns, yet had never encountered such unfriendly - not rude, just totally careless - staff, so bad, tasteless food with such few choices, at every other hotels there were at least 4-5 main courses which of at least some were for sure to everyone's likeing. Meanwhile here they obviously used reminder food from breakfast (such as ham, bacon), etc. Breakfast was equally super limited and disappointing. They should have a egg-station, where warm egg dishes are frwshly made. There were two new super high tech robots (a server at the bar, and another at the lobby, both out of order, so we couldn't even find out the purpose/ function of the latter one). Cleanliness was spotless, besides that there was nothing special in the room, SPA was absolutely great. But that's it about the good points. There was no any amenities in our room, when we asked for a shower cap at the reception, the receptionist simply replied they didn't have any, no further words, such as "we are so sorry Sir, we just ran out" or anything like that.

A szálloda minőségi kialakítása megfelel a 4*-nak, az étteremben kifejezetten jók voltak az ételek, az itt lévő személyzet is kedves volt. Sajnos ugyanez a többi alkalmazottra már nem volt elmondható. Udvariatlan, frusztrált, sőt még kioktató stílusban beszélő személyzettel is akadt dolgunk. Kifejezetten kellemetlen tapasztalat volt, hogy a wellnes részen bizonyára egy gépészeti hiba miatt hidegek voltak a medencék, ugyanakkor 24 óra elteltével sem sikerült kijavítani a hibát, másnap ugyanolyan hideg volt a víz. Ráadásul a szobában sem volt megfelelően meleg a víz. A franciaágy kényelmes, viszont a kihúzható kanapé túl kemény. A személyzet vagy fiatal és tapasztalatlan, vagy frusztrált. Sajnos kifejezetten érezhető volt a vezető hiánya, aki kezelni tudta volna a jogos vendégpanaszokat.
