Enjoy an incredible stay in this cozy flat in the historic centre of Zaragoza. The flat is located just a few meters from all the main tourist attractions and landmarks of Zaragoza. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and its perfect for couples, families or groups of friends. Your pets are also welcomed!
The flat is located a few meters from Plaza del Pilar, Alfonso's street, Plaza de España, Paseo de la Independencia and the tapas area called "El Tubo" where you can enjoy the local gastronomy.
You will stay in a newly refurbished cozy flat in a building protected by the governmet with a "degree of environmental interest" dating from the 17th and 18th centuries joined and remodelled within the eclectic tendencies of the master builder.
The flat has a large living room-kitchen-dining room with a table for up to 6 guests and a sofa-bed with Italian opening wich houses a 140 cm wide by 190 cm long matress of the finest materials. This space has a balcony overlooking the street where you can smoke. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob/cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We also have a kettle where you can boil water for your teas effortlesly.
The main bedroom has a very large bed of 150 cm wide by 200 cm long mattress where you can have a pleasant rest. The room has a huge wardrobe where you can leave all your belongings. It also has a balcony overlooking the street where you can smoke and breathe the local culture.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a 135 cm wide by 190 cm long mattress and a wardrobe where you can place all your belongings.
The bathroom is fully equipped, including gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser found in the shower. We also offer a hairdryer so you dont need to bring it from home.
In the gallery you will find a washer-dryer machine so that you can leave all your clothes in perfect condition. You will also find a drying rack to dry your belongings. We also include a washing pod so you dont need to buy anything during your stay.
In this complete flat overhaul, we have added 7 cm of thermal insulation in all the facades, 1 cm of thermal insulation in floors and 4 cm of thermal insulation in ceilings. In addition, all the windows are all new with air chambers and double glazing with guardiansun and low emissive glass. This means that you won't have cold in winter or hot in summer. And in case of extreme temperatures you always have the option of using the air conditioning or the new heating system.
Flat access is autonomous and keyless. Once you have made your booking we will send you your virtual keys that will last for the whole length of your stay. This way you won't have to worry about losing the flat keys or waiting for me to arrive and open you at check-in or cclosing at check-out avoiding unwanted delays.
Pets are allowed but we kindly ask that they do not climb or scratch on the sofa or beds so that next guests can enjoy everything as it is.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. Smoking is allowed on the balconies of the main bedroom or living room.
If you come with your pet, we give you the option that we can take care of them, walk them or feed them if necessary. In this way, if you want to go to the theatre, to a football match or to dinner at one of the thousands of restaurants in Zaragoza but your pets cannot accompany you, we will look after them for you. In case you need it, just write me a message for further details.
