El hotel está súper ubicado! A unos cuantos pasos de la plaza del Pilar, excelente servicio, limpio. El aire acondicionado es su único problema! Muchísimo calor por las noches

El hotel esta súper ubicado, limpio y con una excelente atención. Su único problema es que no ponen el aire acondicionado y es demasiado caliente por las noches!

The property is well located in a very walkable area. It is clean and the staff is very nice. However, the air conditioner is controlled by the staff and it is zoned by floor. It barely cools and the staff turned it off at around 10:00pm. We had already called two times before to complain. My husband went to speak to the peron at the front desk ( who was very pleasant) and he turned it back on. He told my husband that if it got hot again throughout the night to call again or to open the window!! Therefore, we were expected to wake up from the heat, and call every so often during the night!!

The location is excellent & easy to get around Zaragoza on foot. The rooms were fine & had a fridge which is helpful in high temperatures. The downside is the Air Conditioning, the rooms don't have the ability to manage their own temperature, it is a central system & didn't seem to work in the rooms. Often the corridors were cooler than the actual rooms & in 35 degree temperatures which made for uncomfortable nights. How can a hotel not have air conditioning in rooms? The bathrooms were good with a rain shower however whenever rooms next door use them you know about it! The location is great, easy access to public transport from the main Railway station & walk out the door to the splendour of Zaragoza's architecture.

Will hear noise from outside and other rooms. Showers and so on. Woke me at 7am. If a light sleeper not great. But value for money good as a pit stop on a journey

Great spot

Nice location minutes walk to the plaza with cathedral, restaurants & bars. Parking is nearby in a public lot. Bring your ticket & the front desk will charge you a reduced fee and give you a ticket to leave.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Une très belle ville.Le jeune homme qui nous a accueillis devait débuter ;nous a fourni une fausse information sur le déjeuner et il ne pouvait nous répondre au sujet des heures d’ouverture des stationnements autour. P.S: ne pas s’y rendre durant la semaine sainte. Les processions passent sur la rue; c’est très bruyant et la rue est pleine à craquer :(

We could not access the hotel due to a local celebration. We were not told about this in the booking. The listing said parking was available but this was not true. We could not even take a taxi to the hotel because roads near hotel were closed. We were not able to gain access and hotel would not refund our money so we forfeit out night and money. Hotel said it was not their responsibility.

Easter 2 days perfect

The hotel is in a great location in the center of it. It was Easter which was busy but not overwhelming. Amazing dining just down the block. We will be back.

Good location near to bars restaurants in the old town and museums churches and the cathedral and shopping . Comfortable room very clean. Friendly staff Lovely walks by the river. Breakfast was ok then quality of the cheese and meat wasn't great. No tea or coffee facilities in the room

Centrally located, with parking in a nearby public garage. The room was fine. It was surprising to see that the room had no independent means to adjust temperature and ventilation other than a window. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant had a large variety. Should you stay here and will have a vehicle, it's necessary to get the information about parking before your arrive, since the property is located on a street restricted to buses and taxis. Not a problem unless you have heavy bags, since you'll need to move them about 50 meters from your car.
