This single-storey villa features a large terrace and lawn with multiple seating areas, sun loungers, and an electric BBQ, plus a waterproof veranda sunshade for light summer showers. A jetty provides easy access to the water, and a 3-person canoe, life jackets for children, and a high chair are available. The elegant interior combines modern comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, including induction hob, combi oven, boiling water tap, coffee machine, blender, orange juicer, and airfryer. The villa offers a smart TV, portable speaker, three spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds, and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating with solar panels and a heat pump ensures a comfortable climate. The garden is fenced, making it safe for children and dogs, with nearby beaches and forests for walks. The park is fireworks-free with a quiet period from 22:00 to 8:00. From summer 2024, part of the garden will be additionally fenced for small children. A utilities & service fee of EUR 185,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
