Ostsee im Mai

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fußläufig nah erreichbarem Strand. Zu eingangs des Strandes findet sich ein Kiosk (geöffnet bis 18:00 Uhr) mit Imbissmöglichkeit. Etwas höherpreisig, aber sehr schmackhaft (Fischsoljanka, sehr lecker). Im Hotel daneben gibt es auch ein Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und 4 Erwachsene - in unserem Fall mit einem Kind - finden Platz. Check-In: Kaution und Bettwäsche unter 7 Tagen muss bezahlt werden - und das in bar. Hier sollte man über eine Kartenzahlungsmöglichkeit nachdenken.Der zweite Balkon der Wohnung zum Hof hinaus war ziemlich sehr vollgekotet von den Möwen. Hier sollte auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Das möchte man sonst nicht nutzen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich dann erst in Zinnowitz. Zu Fuß zu weit, aber mit Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Der Bahnhof in Zempin ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Hier fährt die Usedomer Bäderbahn in Richtung Swinemünde (mit Unterwegshalt bei Karl's Erdbeerdorf) oder in Richtung Züssow.

Saubere Anlage und gepflegte Wohnung, 2 WCfür eine Großfamilie und super Umgebung, 150 m bis zum Strand . Kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, die hätten bei einer vorhergehenden Endreinigung dem Personal auffallen müssen, Leuchtmittel im WZ, Fernbedienung Battereien und Staubsauger defekt. Würde dennoch die Wohnung an Freunde weiter empfehlen. Dankeschön

Ferienunterkunft ist weiter zu empfehlen

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Man kann sich darin sehr wohl fühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub wieder sehr genossen 😊 Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in Zempin hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, was wir Dank des tollen Wetters täglich genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, was die Schlafzimmer, Bäder, den Flur betrifft. Der Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich war allerdings für zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 4, 8 und 11 Jahren etwas eng. Es waren auch nur 4 Stühle vorhanden und die Kochutensilien hätten etwas zahlreicher sein können. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert , die Kleinste passte gerade noch in den Kinderhochstuhl. Das hat aber das Gesamtergebnis nur unwesentlich getrübt . Etwas störend war der Krach der Möwen, die auf dem gegenüberliegenden Hausdach ihren "Sitz" hatten. Aber das ist wohl in Strandnähe normal? Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekte Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Zempin sehr genossen, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr komfortablen FeWo. Viel Platz, moderne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, prima waren auch die beiden kostenlosen Fahrräder sowie das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Jederzeit wieder!
