Clean rooms, helpful staff, great in-town location right next to the ski resort bus stop. Ski lockers and a spa downstairs. Our particular room had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Loved out stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Hotel Antika, Zermatt: A fair stay in a very small property. The rooms are good and the location is convenient (easy walking distance), but service is limited and guest service didn’t match the price point. Overall, it felt overpriced for the type of property.

Clean & comfortable room, great location, good breakfast. I'm glad I gambled on the weather and booked a Matterhorn View room- the views were spectacular! We were on the top floor and the elevator doesn’t go to the top, so be aware you might have one flight of easy steps.

Mountain View was beautiful from our room. Spa was one of the best I have seen. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff were very helpful planning our trips and providing helpful tips to get around.

Everything was great except the blonde lady working the front desk. She was rude, acted as if I was bothering her by asking questions and gave me wrong information. Horrible customer service by her. The young man that checked me in was wonderful.

Front staff Maria was abrupt. Hotel has a new policy where they charge $10 per person to transport you and your bag to the station or from the station. This should be included as they have their own personal transport van.

Good location and the best breakfast I am having in Switzerland. You can take photos of Matterhorn mountain easily from the room if you book the room with view. The only disappointed thing is that my room view of mountain is actually blocked by some of the houses and cannot see the full view from the room which is unexpected. And be aware that you have to prepare some CHF cash as it is the only hotel that request me to pay city taxes by cash (all can be paid by credit card in other hotels).
