The Space:
As you enter the light-filled apartment, your eyes will be drawn to the view and the beautiful ‘open air’ living space.
Head to the roof-top terrace of the building to enjoy spectacular views, the beautiful tear-shaped infinity pool, lounge chairs, and a brand-new grill.
This is a great place to watch the sun rise as it comes up over the mountain at the back of the building. And of course, the sunsets over the bay are unparalleled.
The building does have an elevator for convenience with stair access to the beach. You can exercise in our gym with treadmill, weights and elliptical.

The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil, toaster, and, of course, a blender for margaritas! An expresso maker is stocked with local coffee beans. You'll find ample dishes and glassware for 6, as well as serving ware and cookware. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (located in the small laundry area off the half bath). Fresh drinking water is provided via a tap at the kitchen sink.
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a new luxury king mattress, organic bedding, a small safe and ample closet and storage space. We offer quick dry towels; cotton robes and raw marble counters give the bathroom a luxury spa feel. Weekly cleaning is included in all rentals.

Air conditioning is available in both the living room and bedroom. Enjoy your music with a wireless Bose speaker. Connect to the high-speed internet and WIFI throughout the apartment to send sunset pictures home …. because you’ll want to every night!
