The beautiful 4 star apartment, with southwest-facing balcony, is located in a mint Rental villa-style (6 apartments) in a quiet location on a park-like grounds. The apartment, about 60 square meters is decorated with high quality core beech solid wood furniture. It has a large living room with leather sofa, kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet, mirror cabinet. The sea and the beach are only 10 minutes (700m) away. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be found near the center, about 15 minutes (approx 850m) away. It is centrally located and yet very quiet. In 20 minutes distance is the stop of the Usedom Baths Railway (UBB). In the annex there is a lockable storage room for bicycles. Washer and dryer are also available and can be used with tokens.

Apartment Pittelkow:
The apartment, about 60 square meters, is equipped for allergy sufferers, fully tiled and equipped with high-quality beech wood furniture. Non smoking. The large living room has a leather sofa, kitchenette and satellite TV, DVD player and VCR. Two bedrooms (2 x double bed) and two bathrooms with shower and WC (1 hair dryer and cosmetic mirror) and a balcony are also available. The 5-person dining area can be extended by a recessed center panel. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, fondue, table grill, iron and ironing board. Southwesterly balcony has a seating area with cushions and table to linger.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Haus Oie-Idyll, Wohnung 4

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr funktionell. Die Lage ist ruhig. Jedoch wäre es sehr gut, wenn ein WLAN-Anschluß und für die Spülmaschine mehr als ein Tab als Erstausstatung vorhanden wäre.
