Casa Nina - Careffuly restored old Istrian villa with private pool and sauna

Villa Casa Nina was built in 1910. and lovingly restored by its owners in order to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. You can still feel the traditional, rustic style through the whole house, from the exterior to the interior. Solid stone walls were refined with handcrafted, romantic furniture.

High walls enclose Casa Nina and her courtyard that includes a swimming pool, sauna, shaded terrace, and flower garden. Here you can unwind next to the pool but also prepare and enjoy dishes together at the grill.

This charming 2 bedroom villa offers accomodation for up to 5 guests.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area that is connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest toilet. The villa has 2 bedrooms that are situated on the first floor, one with a double bed and an exit on the terrace and the other with two single beds.Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.

Located in the village of Prkačini in central Istria, you are perfectly located to explore everything that Istria has to offer; sunbathe on white pebble beaches, admire the medieval architecture, tour local vineyards, and sample our world-renowned olive oil.

Sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam

Das Haus ist sehr modern in einem alten istrischen GebĂ€ude harmonisch integriert. Die RĂ€ume sind groß und sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus! Gut ausgestattet! Sehr netter Hausmanager Toni, der sich auch um unseren Sonderwunsch (Kaminholz) sofort gekĂŒmmert hat. Poolheizung war auf Sonderwunsch buchbar und das war toll fĂŒr Mitte/Ende Oktober. Schade war nur, das der Kamin im Haus nicht benutzbar war.

Kleiner Abstrich bei der Lage im Ort, aber trotzdem kein Grund zur Klage.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Flair, sehr guter Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man kann hier wunderbar entspannen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist top. Ein Urlaub und in dem Objekt ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Bright and airy villa with lots of natural light. Big bedrooms both with en-suite Huge pool and amazing BBQ area. Lots of separate areas to sunbath, read and just relax. Would highly recommend

Relaxing break

There were only two of us in this villa but it would comfortably accommodate 4. The house was clean and there were lots of different areas to sit in (the top balcony was our favourite). Even on the hottest days the house itself was cool and the air conditioning excellent throughout the house. We loved the pool and also trips to the coast and hilltop towns which were around 30mins drive. It is a rural location so a car is essential.

Sehr schönes und gemĂŒtliches Haus. Alles da, was man braucht und alles sehr sauber. GemĂŒtliche Zimmer und toller Pool. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Man fĂŒhlt sich direkt im Urlaub angekommen. Die nĂ€chst grĂ¶ĂŸeren StĂ€dte und StrĂ€nde sind im Umkreis von ca. 40 km auch ohne Maut zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch Lidl, Spar und co. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Viele GrĂŒĂŸe

Great location and setting!

What a gorgeous site and nicely centrally located. When we first arrived and realized that we couldn't walk to anything, and didn't have any English speaking channels on the TV - we wondered if perhaps we could have selected a better site for 2 English-only speaking couples in our 70's. But by the time we got off the plane on our return home, we were already talking about coming back next year. Perfect setup for 2 couples. We never used the sauna, but it looked nice. We never ate inside because the weather was gorgeous as were the multiple outside seating areas. And we never missed the TV - one night the neighbor next door was practicing his accordian and that was delightful. We were within 20-45 minutes of many sites, so the central location was great - as long as you have a car with a good navigation system. Everything very clean and just lovely. Toni went waaaayyy out of his way to be helpful as we lost a passport, which the cleaners found, and he quickly drove it to the airport to us, getting it to us just in time to make our flight.

Idylle pur

Wir waren im April 2019 in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist absolut idyllisch und sehr ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Kilometer weit weg in Zminj. Daher ist ein Auto unbedingt notwendig. Dor bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, konnten daher fast tÀglich die Sauna nutzen, funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Poolbereich ist durch die Nachbarn einsehbar, PrivatsphÀre ist jedoch im romantischen, idyllischen Garten hinter dem Haus gegeben. Von dort hat man auch den schönsten Blick in die Natur. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles funktionierte absolut problemlos. Dieses Haus ist einfach nur perfekt und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. TOP!

Beautiful croatian villa with all the luxury needed

Hello, I can only say. This house is absolutely amazing. A real croatian style villa from anxient times but renovated and with all luxury amenities that you need. The air condition is working perfectly and the pool is nicely sized, well maintained, clean and warm. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious and has a nice interior. Flat screen TV with all german channels. We did enjoy our one week here very much and we are sad to leave but sure that we will come back. The owners and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed in the village.

mooi rustiek huis met alle voorzieningen en luxe voor een mooie vakantie

Het is een mooi rustiek huis wat alle voorzieningen heeft. Het huis heeft alle luxe die een mens maar kan wensen. De airco werkt super goed, je hebt verschillende zitjes waar je gebruik van kan maken. Hier en daar is er het een en ander aan een opknapbeurt toe, met name het zwembad en kussens ed. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Het huis bevind zich in een klein gehuchtje, maar je moet wel van blaffende honden houden, want die hebben onze nachtrust soms verstoord. De hosts zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Erholung pur im Herzen Istriens

Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl in der Casa Nina gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses mit Swimming Pool, Sauna, KĂŒche, TV, WLAN und Außengrill ist sehr gut. Die Schlafzimmer im ersten OG sind gerĂ€umig und die Betten gemĂŒtlich. In ca. 25 min ist man in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Rovinj. Auch andere, sehenswerte Ziele in Istrien sind mit dem Auto von hier rasch erreichbar.

Best holiday ever!

We spent a fantastic week at this house in mid-July and had the best holiday ever. The house was everything it was advertised to be and we felt right at home from the first night. The people in Prkacini were equally lovely and as my wife speaks Croatian, we were quickly welcomed and made to feel like one of the locals. Truly a lovely place and conveniently located to Rovinj which is just a 25 minute drive away. If you decide to pick this place for your holiday, I can assure you that you will no be disappointed.
