This 160 m2 beautifully restored villa is located in a peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious, it consists out of the main building and an adjoining building and can easily accommodate up to 8 persons.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room on the 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, a toilet room, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. Washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill. The adjoining building consists out of a kitchenette, double bed and a bathroom.
Private pool of 30 m2 is situated next to an enclosed terrace and dining area. An outdoor shower is also available.
