The worst experience of my life

My family and I just had the worst experience of our life’s with this person. We got to Mazatlán to find out that we didn’t have a place to stay because is was already booked for somebody else. When we tried to communicate with the person in charge she said she didn’t even new that we rented the apartment and that she doesn’t work with this app anymore but I paid full amount for this place just the worst. We ended up having to look for something else last minute not what we were expecting.
