Excellent service on the from desk, it was exactly what we were expecting (same quality like in the US) room was clean and since we got double queen size it was spacious, one thing is that we didn’t see was coffee in the lobby, but we had it at room. One more thing is that there is not enough signs to get from AIFA AEROPUERT to the Hotel, we could see at the distance but we were lost for a while. Besides that everything is perfect.

This is a wonderful and affordable venue should you travel in or out AIFA. Everything is new and although is great, perhaps the hotel's brand and their personnel work bit more on providing customers service attention, and enhance the environment with positive attitude. The restaurant on premises does not offer flexible schedule.

First time staying and landing at this new Felipe Ángeles Airport. I must say I loved it! The place was spotless clean and quiet for a nice rest. The food at the bar was amazing, must try the beef empanadas. Yummmm even took some to go and bring home. Definitely recommend the stay as I will probably be landing there everytime, not congested like the city. You can’t even hear the planes. Amazing !

Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean. Showers were wonderful bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, even considering it's proximity to the airport. The food was outstanding and not overpriced.

Excellent location for Felipe Angeles airport. I received a warm welcome from Alexis on reception. The hotel is contemporary and very comfortable, perfect for a night’s stay. Everywhere is spotless. My room is spacious. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus.

I flew in to the AIFA airport from Houston and then caught another flight to Tulum on the next day. So much to like about this hotel. Very safe, fully staffed, super-clean, very comfortable, walking distance to airport lobby, though a free shuttle is available. The outdoor areas are awesome for walking around going for a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible smell

Everything was fine with my stay. I checked in late and had an early flight the next morning. The room was basic but clean and comfortable enough. Unfortunately when I turned on the AC the ventilation brought a horrible smell of sewer in the night. It was so strong that it woke me up. Really disgusting.

The facility is new and everything is clean and works. Handicap room was excellent in every way. Service to and from airport was also excellent. There is nothing near the hotel except the airport. It's 22 miles to most activities. Too far to do much and a $60 taxi ride, one way
