Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studio has been recently modernised and now offers extremely comfortable accommodation.
The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The studio apartment is located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance.
Is located on the sea front and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.
The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favourite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.

Excurions : The ideal one-day trip for all gourmet accented savor is our Wine & Oyster - degustation on the fascinating and charming Peljesac Peninsula. Visit and explore later also one of the most famous wineries well-known for its best product, the Mali Plavac - Red Wine.

Excursions by boat: Enjoy unique panoramic landscape of the islands. There are 13 islands in this archipelago northwest of Dubrovnik but only three Elaphiti are inhabited: Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan. To see all three major Elaphiti you should consider taking a private tour to Islands Cruise by a midsize boat which includes a picnic on the boat. The places you'll see can be approached by sea only. This tour gives you a chance to enter and see some of the Elaphiti hidden caves, swim on sandy beach of Sunj and visit ancient vilancient villages .

An absolutely gorgeous location. Facilities are amazing, everything you should need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable, super happy. Cheap bus route to Cavtat one way and Dubrovnik the other just a short walk up from the apartments. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing Place

Really friendly hosts who were very welcoming and showed us around Soline about where the local beach and restaurants are. Really quiet and peaceful. The pool is a perfect temperature to relax in. I would definitely come back if I ever came to Dubrovnik area again.

Stay at Soline Dream house

Property is modern and beautiful. Pool and hot tub were great, as we mostly got them to ourselves since they are only shared with a few people. Host will make reservations at local restaurants for you and gives alot of recommendations. Host was very responsive. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Nice apartment with wonderful view

Really nice, small and cozy apartment not far from a very quiet, privat beach. The host Niksa was very friendly and extremly helpful, especially in the case of a particular emergency where we were extremly grateful for his help.

A lovely stay

The apartment was just as we hoped and exactly like the pictures.Our host went above and beyond by allowing us to check-in early with little notice. He showed us to the lovely shaded outdoor seating with beautiful sea view and gave us a drink while we waited for our apartment to be ready.The kitchen was well stocked and when we wanted to go out to eat the host had restaurant recommendations. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay, lovely place and wonderful hosts.

Wonderful place to relax

My partner and I were very happy with this flat -- the view was marvelous, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the staff were very responsive. The location is also very quiet and convenient with a market at the top of the street, bus connections to Dubrovnik, the airport 10-15 mins drive away, and ferry connections nearby to the Old City. We wanted a relaxing, easy place to relax and this was perfect. Big thanks to the owners!

Sumer holiday

Beautiful apartment exactly as described. The pool was lovely never got busy. There are about 250 steps to the secluded beach but definitely worth the climb up and down. The owner could not have been more helpful, organised our transfers and gave out plenty of information. Right on a bus route so a car is not essential, even a real time app to see where the bus is do you don’t have to wait too long. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking the bay.

GOLD STAR

The place is an experience of five stars from every angle. The view is everyone’s dream. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the pool makes you believe you can continue the swimming right in the sea. But above everything, the host are such nice, amazing and accommodating people. I hope we’ll be back there one day but meanwhile I would recommend to anyone that plans to take a vacation to Dubrovnik. Thank you for the most memorable stay and vacation

Beautiful Stay

We had such a beautiful holiday at the apartment. Everything was as described- even better. Wefelt incredibly relaxed and Niksa and his family went out of their way to help us with any request. The property is excellently positioned between Dubrovnik and Cavtat and has its own lovely beach a few minutes walk down the steps below the house. The pool and loungers were perfect and each guest was provided for. We would definitely go again and hope to come back with a group of friends to hire a range of the other apartments. Everything was clean, beautifully looked after and we particulary loved the plants and greenery around the space. Highly recommended.

loved this place!

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment. The accommodation is between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily reachable via bus or uber. We particularly enjoyed Cavtat and visited several times. Dubrovnik is stunning but gets very busy. The apartments are kept in immaculate condition and the view from the balcony, and from the pool, is incredible. Niksa and his family are great, picking us up from the airport and dropping us back on departure. As there wasn't any guests coming immediately after us Niksa said we could stay in the apartment for as long as required on departure day. I need to give a particular mention to the housemaid, Kate (not sure it's spelt that way), she always had a lovely smile for all the guests and had a lovely personality, she also kept the apartment very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Strongly recommend staying at this set of apartments, you won't be disappointed.

Accueil excellent d'autant que nous avons eu beaucoup de retard à l' atterrissage arrivée 22h et donc voiture louée pas dispo après 21h: le fils du propriétaire est venu nous chercher et a même été chercher une pizza dont il nous a fait cadeau! et le propriétaire le lendemain nous a ramené à l' aéroport pour prendre possession de la voiture! Propreté impeccable vue magnifique piscine clean etc Propriétaires disponibles et très aimables équipement corrects ; linge changé régulièrement ménage si besoin ( même si avoir un balai et une éponge et un peu de produits dans logement serait bienvenus) A proximité en contre bas, petite plage superbe et calme quelques locaux et résidents de la propriété; n' avons jamais été plus de 20 sur cette plage ! Bref excellent séjour logement à recommander et propriétaires top et aux petits soins

Great Holidays !

Thank you to Niksa and Marina for every thing. They are so kind, helpfull and so discret. The appartment was perfect : clean and well equiped for holidays. The jaccuzi is a real pleasure at night and the view is wonderful ! Very nice beach bélow the appartment with many steps (!) but it's worth it ! Cavtat and Dubrovnik are very near and very nice places ! Mp & Philippe (France)

Bel appartement mais un petit problème gênant

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cet appartement, plus cher que beaucoup d'autres mais la qualité est au rendez-vous. Il est très bien équipé, avec de vrais meubles de qualité, bien décoré, la vue est superbe, la clim fonctionne très bien. Les propriétaires sont accueillants cependant mon avons un petit problème durant notre séjour, non résolu et ils nous pas été très communicant à ce sujet ce qui est dommage. Le chauffe-eau (allumé ou non) faisait un bruit strident dès que quelqu'un dans la maison (4 appartements) ouvrait un robinet. Dans la journée s'était juste gênant mais le 3ème jour quand le bruit commence à 6h du matin cela gâche la journée! Le propriétaire devait faire faire le nécessaire dans la journée mais en rentrant le soir rien de nouveau et aucun info. Il a fallu le contacter (il est juste en dessous de l'appartement) pour apprendre que le spécialiste ne viendrait que le lendemain. Nouveau réveil aux aurores et en rentrant le soir, bruit un peu moins strident mais toujours présent. Donc avant de réserver cet appartement, bien demandé si le problème a été résolu... Il y a 75 marches à monter pour arriver à l'appartement mais on peut passer par le haut (la route principale) pour décharger le véhicule (il faudrait que le propriétaire le propose car sinon on prend une bonne suée le premier jour!). Il y a 300 marches à descendre pour arriver à la petite crique tranquille (galets) "aux pieds" de l'appartement. Cela mets en appétit au retour. Le bus pour Dubrovnik passe à 100m de l'appartement et à 50m dans l'autre sens (Cavtat), très pratique et rapide. Pour conclure, si le problème du bruit du chauffe eau est résolu nous conseillons vivement ce logement avant ou sans voiture pour découvrir la région!

Incredible holidays !

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment ! It is clean, well-equipped and has the most amazing view ! The moments we spent relaxing on the balcony looking at the Adriatic sea are unforgettable. The beach down the house was so beautiful and peaceful....We could not hope for better holidays ! The almost 800 photos (!) we took are not enough to capture the beauty of this region...! Das Objekt war sehr schön und der Pool einfach nur herrlich. Ein wunderschön angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten und eine tolle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir hätten uns gewünscht dass in der Objektbeschreibung genauer steht, dass es über 90 Stufen zur Wohnung sind und dass das Objekt direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und dass es auch zum nahegelegenen Strand nur über viele viele Stufen geht. Das war etwas schade aber ansonsten war alles super.

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was everything we could have wished for. Great communication from owners who will collect you from airport and stop at supermarket on the way for you to collect any essentials. The view was amazing and it good place to stay to explore southern Croatia. The No10 bus stops 20 yards from the apartment and takes 25 minutes to get to Dubrovnik. We hired a car (arranged by owners) and was able to visit Montenegro & Bosnia. I would 100% recommend it.

Super Appartement 👍🏻

Wir haben 10 Tage in einer der Ferienwohnungen gewohnt und waren mehr als angetan. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der perfekte Ort um richtig zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne sind mehr als verdient 😊

Fantastic views clean apartment and grounds were well maintained 5 star

Michael and Ivor plus dad and mum where so hospertalating picked us up from the airport no problem, took us to the supermarket on the way so we could pick up some essential for our apartment, room was clean and thank good gor air con the room was well cool. My advice is get a car before you travel and collect at the airport for the remains of your stay or if yiu like walking great too but nit hot yo walk in the day time if I. Honest.pool was lobley and vlean su beds were take your pick as all empty, jacuzzi was amazing just to relax and see the views. Definitely go to Cavcat Park up then get the ferry over to old town well worth the exploring..lobley stake hous just a 5 min walk from the apartment well worth a visit good customer service overall a lovley break will be back again very soon les x jinx

Most wonderful position of property regarding beach and views out to sea. Property itself was superb, the owner and his Family we're friendly,helpful and could not fault a thing,we are going back next year.

Beutiful apartment and seaview!!

The apartment was fabulous. The view from the balcony is amazing. Having breakfast and looking out to the sea was wonderful . A lovely place for a sundowner too.! Swimming pool was lovely and clean and the sun beds and deck chairs really comfortable. Niksa was very helpful and we had great communication with him. There was also an outdoor barbecue area which looked really good . ( we didn’t use it but another couple did). There is a bus service to Dubrovnik (wonderful town) and to Cavtat (beautiful relaxing village) just up the road and very cheap to use. The secluded beach is a stroll away but down a LOT of stairs. Worth the effort as once there you almost have it to yourself. All in all would recommend.
