Breakfast is always great, have stayed here every time we fly into Zurich! A little loud bc close to the airport but that is the purpose! Having other thins close by like gas for rental car and food options is great too!

The room was descent for one night for a late arrival/ before an early flight. The room had 2 towels, no hand towels or face cloths. The bathroom was tiny, but sufficient. Included shampoo and hand soap. The bed was comfortable and rooms were soundproof. The staff at the front desk read my room number out loud in front of other guests, which isn’t great practice. When I came down to confirm the code to my room, they also read it out loud for the other customers checking in to hear. Again, not very safe for a solo traveller. They offer free shuttle service but only if you book the hotel direct with them and not through a third party like Expedia. Otherwise it’s $8chf. There is a bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel that takes you to/from the airport in 10 mins. Tickets are cheaper than the hotel shuttle. It runs every 30 mins. Bus #510 There is also a breakfast area for an additional charge and what looks like a restaurant/ bar but it was close when I arrived. there is an ALDI, subway and McDonald’s nearby.

The shuttle started working way after r I need it. It started at 4:40 and I needed to be qt the airport by 4. The Television didn’t work. I went to the front desk to tell them and they changed the batteries on the remote but still didn’t work

Room had no toilet paper and 1 towel. Stayed for 2 nights, Front desk had me check out and then recheck in on day 2 for the same room. Housekeeping took my brand new box of macaroons I got in Paris. When I went looking for it, it was under a towel on the housekeepers cart, with 4 being eaten.

Shuttle bus at the airport was 45 mins late. Also, the ride is chargeable - we were told this after reaching the hotel. Even though we arrived after check in time, our room was not ready and we were asked to wait for an hour. The worst part was that the reception staff was not at all courteous. Her tone was almost rude and condescending. We requested to talk to the manager and the lady at the reception (with long nails - didn't catch her name) outrightly refused. Room was alright. But would not recommend the hotel after the experience with reception staff.

Room was beautiful but my husband and I were given 2 twin beds pulled together and we constantly fell in the middle cos they come apart so easily . I did not have a good rest! breakfast room was cold

I would not return and stay here. Beds are hard. Breakfast is 18 CHF and it’s a very poor breakfast. There is no organization and so the poor ladies have to be almost harassing everyone for their room cards while your serving your food already. There should be a dedicated breakfast check-in. Front desk ladies are nice. No room fridge, no courteous water, overall poor on amenities.

Great staff (friendly and helpful). Small room but it was clean. Poor amenities (just soap and towel). Despite being located next to the runway of a very busy airport, the room was soundproof, which it was great. Shuttle bus from airport to the hotel is a good thing too.
