Rooms are shown as "non-smoking" when we checked in our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room (which was not yet ready, so we had to store our luggage a second time.) The second room was better but the bathroom still smelled of smoke.
The first two floors were being renovated when we stayed in March 2024; I was not sure if the rooms we had been given were already renovated or not. They were both in very nice shape, except of course for the smoke.

The hote lwas a very basic hotel but spotless clean.. Dead central n the staff were very friendly and helpful..

Friendly staff. Facilities were neat though outdated. This property is currently going through renovation.

Posted Mar. 8, 2024 on HotelsGreat location. Very close to the train station, and right next to a number of tram stops. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, or take a tram. Easy to/from the airport. Lot of renovations going on when I stayed, but all during the day and pretty quiet. Everyone I dealt with very nice.

Rally like the hotel.
The room are simple, but very clean and large (for Zurich).
Breakfast was good. Internet was good.
They were 2 English Channel (CNN and BBC) on the TV.
The hotel is 11 minutes walk (with luggages) to the train station counter.
It is also very nicely located in the middle of the old town.
Will come back.

We stayed there 2 nights. The room is really small. The condition of the room is bad. The room need new paint. The bathroom was so dirty and old. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
