No reciept at check in which meant I was lucky I could remember the room number & I did not have access to wifi.

We are sorry for your bad experience. As described in the instructions near the self check-in, you have to wait a few moments for the receipt to be printed with the room number. The wifi is free and accessible via your own mobile number or with the wifi codes present in the room. For any kind of problem ( eg. room nr unknown) or question (eg. wifi connection), our emergency call center would have been happy to help you immediately.

The only thing which I was really missing is a water boiler for my tea or coffee in the morning.

Got locked out two nights in a row with their awful key card system not working, both times for over an hour. Awful.

Nice hotel. Close to transport.
Posted Aug. 24, 2015 on ExpediaVery clean and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Close to the train line so a bit noisy but not enough to prevent sleeping. Would stay there again.
