Le rafinement, à deux pas de l'aéroport.
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HotelsA quelques pas de l'aéroport, le Hyatt Place est un petit bijou. Tout est parfait et permet de se détendre dans la sérénité totale.
Ce lieu est, en plus, à 1 /4 d'heure du centre de Zurich par le train.
Un rêve quand on vient dans cette ville.

Très moyen aux niveaux prestations clients.

Déçu tout de même des prestations fournies, mini bar vide dans la chambre pas de bouteilles d'eau ou autre, pas de room service au petit déjeuner, parking très cher et pas plus en compte par l'hôtel. Caution sur chambre prise immédiatement mais pas rendu dans les mêmes delais en fin de séjour. C'est pour ces raisons que je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel.

We would like to inform you that the minibar in our rooms is available to our guests in order to keep their food and drinks in a cool place. Also there is a bottle in the rooms that you can fill with tap water as it is absolutely certified and of high quality. Unfortunately, the parking lot is owned by the airport and the prices charged are not our direct responsibility. Regarding the deposit of CHF 50.- per person per night, it is held as guarantee for the stay and is returned at check-out. It is the responsibility of the Credit Card Provider to make it available again on your card. Some providers take 3 to 5 business days to accomplish this process.
