Hot, not cleaned properly, but good shuttle

due to a problem with our plane tickets, we had to get a hotel quickly. This was the only one that seemed to be nearby that also offered a free shuttle service. We were able to find the shuttle and take it to the hotel without any problems. Check-in was quick and easy, but our hotel room was warm, and never fully cooled down. We are not provided with any towels so I took some off a service cart as I was heading down to the front desk and saw the cart there. the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed for a while and certainly had not been cleaned around the edges as there was dust building up around the edges. The bathroom shower did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The bed, while it had been made, had a disarrayed mattress pad. The bed itself was not very comfortable. For the price we paid we were not impressed with what we received. We did appreciate that. it was within walking distance of several restaurants and a few grocery stores. The shuttle service was quick and frequent, and we greatly appreciated that.

Great location close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle running at scheduled times. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We had a great stay for 1 night.

Location and breakfast was great , unfortunately it was too crowded and even the staff could not handle the load. But they did their best In my case room was not having A/C and contacted reception multiple times. After not getting someone had to director speak to a manager. Finally a technical person camr and declared he fixed. But after 10 mins it again stopped cooling. Tired of complaining and stayed the night with sweating. It seems the hotel has low technical maintenance
