Lovely junior suite on 15th floor, but heating system didn't work (a common issue it seems for this floor). Living room furniture quite austere and lacking in warmth (hmmm). All staff were excellent, especially at check-in/check-out. Restaurant had strange hours...open at lunch, but not for dinner. Guessing management switches it up and has the bar open when the restaurant isn't and vice versa.

We liked that there was reliable transportation from the airport. The facility was attractive and well-appointed. However, we chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and we wanted to have dinner after our long flight. The restaurant was closed so we went out for dinner. The walk ing distance was not optimal for 80 year olds.

The shuttle service from airport was readily available and driver was helpful with the luggage. The staff was helpful in arranging a shuttle to the cruise port the next day. Hotel was cLose to airport. Our room was aging and freezing cold. Could not adjust the temp and only cold air came out.
