The walls are incredibly thin and the music outside is sooooo loud late into the night. The resort is beautiful, but definitely not a place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The room service staff was wonderful. The staff around the pool was great as well.

The facility was very clean and all of the employees were very helpful and pleasant. Three pools were nice so you could go to the quiet pool, the drinking pool or the activities pool whichever your preference. Highly rate this hotel

The room was lovely, new and clean. The food in the buffet was pretty good but a previous stay at another Riu Palace was much better with more variety. The Mexican restaurant was especially disappointing with cold, bland food and stale chirros. The main and bar pools were so crowded we did not go in. The beach was nice though and we swam there or the sport pool. Overall a little underwhelming compared to our last stay at a Riu Palace. Staff were mostly good but very inconsistent. Food was the most underwhelming part. The cleanliness and beautiful new design and decor were very much appreciated.

The checkout experience was not wonderful. I was really wanting a late checkout for 5 pm. We could not get an answer on this until 8 pm the previous evening, which I did not understand why so late. I should have been able to book this much earlier than that. Other patrons felt the same way, there was trouble with our Riu class account as well which has yet to be rectified. Other than that, a wonderful holiday and a beautiful premises.

All staff were absolutely incredible, professional, so friendly & very hard-working. The cleanliness of the WHOLE HOTEL wherever you look is outstanding & applaudable. 👏👏👏. All food was great, as all restaurants. You never had to worry about getting a lounger chair to sit on whether around the pools, or on the beach! The new decor is very classy & modern. The marble everywhere is superb. Service from all staff was so fantastic. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful resort if you are looking to relax, this is not a party hotel. Food was amazing, delicious drinks and friendly staff.

The property and food was excellent .Service was incredible except when we went to the steak house .The line up was deceptive as one person was lined up for large groups so you thought there was 15 people ahead and it ended up to be 30,This should not be allowed .The people should all be there in line.The poor hostesses we’re very patient and frustrated with the clientele .
