We had never done an all-inclusive resort before. The overall experience was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is lovely in every way, and the location adjacent to a lovely stretch of long, sandy, and swimmable beach was outstanding. We stayed in an Allure suite with a semi-private demi pool, which was truly fantastic. Staff at the resort could not have been friendlier or more hospitable. The food was not exactly outstanding, but was still quite good and better than what we normally would expect in a resort hotel, overall. Although we rarely are repeat guests when we travel(there is a whole world of places to stay, after all) our experience was so good and offered such a great value, that we definitely intend to come back.

Our scheduled transportation we paid for didn't give us a ride from the airport or back, they wouldn't issue a refund. Our flight was delayed and they wouldn't move the dates one day ahead. Same amount of nights, so we had to pay for one extra day we did not stay for. Our room was only cleaned and stocked twice when we stayed 6 days, no towels. We booked an ocean view and we couldn't even see the Ocean, the walk was a mile away. They only have pizza available for lunch. They say they have two restaurants, but it's the same restaurant. All of the food was gross, no flavor. We only went to the beach once because it was so far away. We booked a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. They made my husbands toe bleed and a few days after my manicure my whole finger nail fell off and the gel polish only lasted a day. They charged us for every little thing when it was supposed to be all inclusive. We ordered food to the room a couple of times and didn't realize they were charging us a fee everytime. If mosquitos like you, make sure to bring mosquito repellent, I was bit from head to toe and these are not normal mosquito bites, they were monster dime size bites. The only thing we enjoyed at the resort was the family of raccoons that live there. This resort is Americanized, and didn't get the Mexico vibe. The worst resort I stayed at, I won't stay here again.

It was just sub par. Staff could have been more pleasant. The age range at this place was 45-75. There are areas of the pool that are restricted to members only which was annoying. The rooms are nice & clean, the property is very clean and well maintained, food was descent. They need more pool chairs - people come down at like 6:30am to reserve chairs.

The property itself is beautiful. We tried booking transportation to and from the airport on the property’s website, that was a mess we ended up being directed to a life alert line. Ended up taking a taxi ride from airport to the hotel approximately a 40minute taxi ride $92 later. Arrived to the hotel to immediate construction in the front of the hotel. Got to our room at 9pm to a HORRIBLE smell, the worst chemical smell imaginable. Called the from they said they would come put “tablets” in the vent. That didn’t help. We then learned the time share next door shares facilities and it’s impossible to get a chair by the pool unless you are willing to get up at 6am and wait at the chair. Food was good, every night a different option at the buffet. The staff is friendly. The sewage smell now in a new room and throughout the property is not good at all. Loved the pool and the view it was so beautiful but the array of odors at this resort and lack of chairs by the pool is disappointing.

This hotel is beautiful. However, when you check in, one of the staff will ask and ask and ask regarding attending a 45 min presentation in exchange for a gift. We said no multiple times and the continue to insist. She reported. You help me and I help you. We stood our ground and said no. She then asked to call us the following day regarding this 45 minute presentation. On the phone we also said no, and she insisted again. I said the first time I’m not gonna change my mind and I don’t want a hotel to keep pushing for this 45 minute presentation. I came in to have a vacation. Additionally, Sunday, the buffet was close without any notice limiting options to those that didn’t have reservation and other restaurants. That was really disappointed as a lot of guests were left in limbo. Overall, 3 out 5 for My experience.

Property is very nice, however, there was absolutely no VIP amentities. Check in was sub-par, no dinner reservations the entire time I was there. There was no appointments available at the spa, couldn't get a towel for the pool when checking in after 5, Concierage couldn't assit. Resort coupons? Not if you are a solo travler, none applied, and they do not honor if you are a single traveler. Construction going on was absolutely horrible with noise. ALL DAY. Had to contact every day for housekeeping. Detail oriented, they are not. An awful lot of staff talking to each other, and not paying attention to guests. Required to sign your check at every meal, and staff would indicate tip! Again, property is lovely, but not what is advertised as an expedia VIP property. When you travel a lot and use expedia, you expect a few things to be honored. Disappointed

Stunning resort, after a horror experience at an all inclusive in Puerto Vallarta I was insistent on seeing the room I booked before paying. The staff obliged and my room was perfect. So relieved! Food was fantastic at the buffet, the only thing I found annoying was we had to sign the bill (which was $0 as it’s all included) every time we finished our meal. The grounds and gardens are immaculate. Drinks don’t seem to be watered down like other resorts. I’m not a big drinker so only had a few. The view from the main pool is phenomenal. Sunsets and sunrises are just stunning. Pedicure at the day spa was great but didn’t think the $30 extra per day to use the steam room & cold plunge in the gym area was justified. The steam room is in the change room, seems like a total money grab. We got a taxi & went to Sayulita, it’s a vibrant, fun & pretty town, go for dinner or a stroll at all the shops. We get bored in resorts so needed the outing !

The location was perfect, the hotel has activities all day every day so there is always something fun to do, the workers here are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing, there is beach access, the list goes on and on.
