Everything was great except there were a few stairs without railings. Also the drinks at the bar did not compare to the great drinks on the rest of the property The shower could also use a mat as floor was quite slippery and no bars

Loved our trip. The food is very good the property is great the lobby bar is excellent place to hang out. Only complaint is trying to make dinner reservations is very inconvenient, time-consuming and usually can't even get a reservation.

The activities were great with stretch class, zumba, aquafit, beach volleyball, dance lessons and bingo daily by the friendly activities staff - Vincent, Eva, Milton and Charlie (plus Adriana for the kids club). The Thursday night Mexican games and auction were fun and they have a good gym (fitness room). This is not a huge resort and it is well laid out with a buffet and three specialty restaurants (Mexican, Italian and Japanese). Sandy beach and lots of umbrellas and trellis poolside for shade. Tips - Free wi-fi, room safe and the wrist bands open your room door. You may want to purchase a boogie board when you arrive and make your ocean dips more fun.

Very nice setting. Have limited , hard to get, reservations for the restaurants, otherwise it’s only the usual buffet. Room supplies (water) were not readily available.
