Unfortunately I didn’t like the way their on site sales team was pushing to sell the time share. The sales person was really nice but the Sales manager was extremely unprofessional and wasn’t ready to hear no when I didn’t like the offer. The presentation was supposed to be 1.5 hours and he didn’t respect our time and wasted around 4 hours of our day. Disappointed and won’t recommend this resort,

It was beautiful and staff was excellent. Everything filled up fast at pool and beach. People would go down in morning and put books and towells on chairs but not use them for several hours. I didnt like that.

The property is very large and beautiful. We enjoyed our entire stay without leaving the premises as there is so much to do within the resort…activities, events, pools, restaurants, spa, etc. Slides are super fun! Waiters are exceptional and go out of their way to please all hotel guests. THANK YOU!! Please tip them for their above and beyond hospitality. I rated it a 4 because we chose the all inclusive package and while many food options are included BEWARE not all and we got stuck with a $100 bill for ice cream that we weren’t told about. I complained about it and was told that it was stated in the registration paperwork which took both the front desk person and I more than 5 minutes to find that language as it wasn’t very clear. Most places will be vocal about it and will tell you upfront but for whatever reason, the ice cream place employees stayed quiet and just charged my room. All other restaurant servers told us when food options were not included. I’m hoping that front desk will tell their guests and not just tell them to read several pages of fine print paperwork.
