Ill start wiith the good.
This resort is great if you have kids. There are many activities available throughout the day. The waterpark is perfect for all ages. The resort is beautiful - lush, clean, well maintained for the most part. The food is okay in the buffets, we went to 2 other restaurants. La Riviera we ordered the greek salad to start which was a tasteless mix of limp lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. For mains we had the pork, steak and chicken. The steak was good cooked medium rare as ordered. The pork was a hard dried out piece of leather which was inedible. The chicken was okay. We waited over an hour for our mains, and because they were so terrible we ended up going to the buffet after. La Toscana was better, food was delicious and service was professional and friendly. We didnt have a single decent dessert the entire week, just dried out tasteless squares of various color and size.
There are line ups for every meal at the buffet. You will wait. There are lineups for drinks including coffee. The average time it took to get a coffee at the lobby bar was 30 minutes in the morning. Bars are understaffed resulting in long waits for pretty much everything. For this reason, we wont be coming back. A good portion of everyday was spent standing in lines.
Some staff were friendly others not so much. It was a mix.
All in all i suggest reading a lot of reviews before booking this resort.
